The Cause of Stress

  • Choice point: reaction vs response.
  • Balancing the breath.
  • Noting and labeling thoughts.

Week 6:
Letting Go

  • The Thorn Tree

Week 7:
How to Abide

  • The wisdom of equanimity.
  • Acceptance vs resistance.
  • Mantra to quiet the mind.
  • Compassion for yourself and others.

Goodbye Inner-Critic

  • Letting go of self-judgment.
  • Best practice for your lifestyle.
  • Best practice for your personality.

Please Note:

  • The zoom link for the class will be sent out an hour before each class.
  • Be sure to dress comfortably!  Clothes that are uncomfortable, are not conducive to meditation.
  • It’s best not to eat a heavy meal before meditating.
  • Log on a few minutes early so we can resolve any sound or video issues before class begins.
