Forming Om Mudra is easy:

  • Place your hands palm up on your thighs.
  • Join the index finger and the thumb together

Variations on Om Mudra:

  1. Place the tip of the index finger on the tip of the thumb.
  2. Place the tip of the index finger on the ball of the thumb.

Tips

  • Keep the hands and fingers relaxed.
  • The finger and thumb are barely, and gently, touching.
  • If the finger or thumb is turning white – you are pressing too hard!
