Moms! You can join us online from the comfort and ease of your own home! Come as you are, with dinner in tow if necessary. We get it! Prana Yoga for Meditators

Yoga for Meditators is all about holding supported poses for extended periods so there's plenty of time for awareness of the relationship between your physical body and your breath/prana to blossom. This allows the flow of prana to increase which gives comfort and ease to the body—subtext: makes it comfortable to sit for meditation—and, even more importantly, brings you clarity, vitality, contentment, intuition, and joy.

Our Introduction to Meditation Classes are offered throughout the year! We'll introduce you to the core concepts, skills, and techniques that are the foundation of every meditator's 'toolbox.' We keep our classes small so we can be responsive to the needs of each person's unique personality and lifestyle.

Kids matter to us! Our semi-private classes (max 6 children) are designed to give your child more than coping skills — they offer safety, belonging, and practices that help kids meet life’s challenges with calm and confidence.
