Your child will discover how to stay balanced when life feels tricky.
By 4th and 5th grade, life feels bigger. Schoolwork ramps up, friendships shift, and questions like “Do I fit in?” start to feel louder. Balance Navigators offers your child a safe, semi-private space (just 6 kids per group) where they can share openly, connect with peers, and practice finding their balance when life feels tricky.
We keep things engaging — even fun — while teaching the fundamentals of mindfulness and emotional awareness. Parents are often surprised by how quickly kids at this age pick it up and start using it in daily life.
What Your Child Will Experience
Through age-appropriate activities and conversations, Kelsey introduces practices that are both fun and meaningful:
-
Exploring mindfulness and how to use it to return to the present when worries, frustration, or confusing emotions arise
-
Learning to pause so they can notice their thoughts and feelings and discern if they are true or not
-
Practicing calming ways to ease anxiety showing up in their mind and body
-
Using the breath to regulate and calm their fears, doubts, anxiety, and confusion
-
Engaging imagination to reconnect with the place inside them that is calm, kind, and appreciates their uniqueness.
Why These Skills Matter
These tools help children:
-
Pause before reacting so they can choose a more appropriate response
-
Question whether every fear, thought, or story in their minds is true
-
Discover inner resources to handle stress, school pressures, and shifting friendships
Little by little, these practices make a big difference. They give kids confidence in themselves and a steady place to return to when life feels overwhelming.
How It Works
-
Semi-private format: maximum of 6 children per class

Less stress around friendships and schoolwork
-
A stronger sense of balance and belonging
